Leo Lungaro

Founder

Leo Lungaro is an award winning actor, director, writer, producer, editor and co-founder of OddKiddsOut. Originally from New York, Leo’s passion for cinema is closely connected with his desire to see a true diverse representation on the screen.

A self-taught filmmaker, Leo has developed his talents in the field, grinding out his own independent work over a decade. Simultaneously, he has juggled technical and artistic positions in big studio productions so he could learn all the intricacies of filmmaking from working experts. This hands-on approach has enabled Leo to understand and execute the complicated dynamics required at each level of film production.

Leo’s directorial debut came with the short film “Rewind.” This project earned him international respect, claiming over 20 awards for its exceptional direction, editing, and acting.

Jason Woods

Founder

Jason Woods is an award winning actor, producer, and co-founder of OddKiddsOut. He is passionate about giving the untold stories of the overlooked a voice. Jason produced and starred in “Rewind,” the first festival project for OddKiddsOut. “Rewind” won multiple festival awards both domestically and internationally including Best Actor in the Roma Short Film Festival.  

Jason grew up in LA playing every sport he could access until a back injury sidelined him at 15.  While recuperating and with a sports career no longer an option, his parents encouraged him to consider acting.  He discovered a love of performance and improvisation.  After booking his first role on “Jane the Virgin,” he has continued to work on multiple shows including “NCIS,” “Switched at Birth,” and “9-1-1.” 

He has also been frightened or frightening in the films “Thriller” (Netflix) and “Apparition” (Amazon). Most notably he was a lead in the short film “Emergency,” which captured impressive best in its category at Sundance, SIFF, and SXSW.  “Emergency” also garnered a Best Actor nomination for Jason in the NBCUniversal Short Cuts Festival.

Kevin V Inch

Founder

Kevin V Inch was born into the entertainment business.  Hollywood film sets were an extension of his home where he watched his parents work and the seeds of his own dreams were planted.
 
Starting on the bottom rung, Kevin has worked his way up the industry ladder.  Beginning as a Production Assistant in major projects like “Veep,” “For All Mankind” and “Army of the Dead,” he has proven his value through dependability, creative input and hard work. As a result, he has been rewarded with directing and producing roles allowing for his abilities to be seen on screen.
 
Kevin’s love of cinema and its capacity to compel change, provoke thought and demand emotion drive his desire to be an innovator in the film industry.
